Live Config Manager

USCIS staff needed to make routine changes to their live Connect environment — holiday schedules, hold messaging, routing updates — without touching the Connect flow editor. Federal contracts also require a full audit trail of who changed what and when, which the Connect console doesn't provide.

Supported and extended a custom contact center management application (React/TypeScript, API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB) that gives non-technical staff the ability to safely edit live Connect resources — holiday schedules, messaging — without touching the flow editor. Built a feature for full audit logging of every change (who, what, when) to satisfy federal change-tracking requirements.
